Russell Selected Georgia 811 Lineman of the Week for Performance Against Elon

STATESBORO, Ga. -- For the third time this season Georgia Southern fans have voted sophomore defensive tackle Brent Russell (Comer, Ga.) the Georgia 811 "Lineman of the Week."
Russell gained 47.6 percent of the votes for his efforts in the Eagles' victory against 11th-ranked Elon on September 25, just ahead of junior tackle Brandavious Mann. Russell finished last week's game with three tackles, one sack for a loss of nine yards and one QB hurry in the win over the Phoenix.
