Holds school records in four events... Set record in the 100 Back (56.96) at the CCSA Championships... Record holder in the 200 Back (2:03.92)... Member of the record-setting 200 (1:45.00) and 400 (3:53.52) Medley Relays team.
Junior 2009-10: Swam backstroke leg of school record-setting 400 Medley Relay...Finished 6th in 100 Back, 6th in 200 Back and 10th in 400 IM at 2010 CCSA Championships...Earned CCSA All-Academic status...Named to Dean's list both semesters.
Sophomore 2008-09: Set school records in the 100 Back, 200 Back, 200 and 400 Medley Relays... Set all four records at the CCSA Championships... Set record in the 100 Back (56.96) at the CCSA Championships... Record holder in the 200 Back (2:03.92)... Member of the record-setting 200 (1:45.00) and 400 (3:53.52) Medley Relays team... Recorded the Eagles' second best time in the 400 IM at the CCSA Championships (4:30.22)... Set personal best in the 200 Fly (2:18.64) at the Florida Gulf Coast Tri-Meet... Member of the CCSA All-Academic Team.
Freshman 2007-08: Recognized with All-CCSA status as a member of the 200y Medley Relay and 400y Medley Relay teams... Was a member of the 200y Medley Relay team, which broke the school record at the CCSA Championships with a time of 1:47.45... Set the new school record as a member of the 400y Medley at the CCSA Championships with a time of 3:54.87... Achieved the top time on the GSU squad earning a time of 4:34.77 in the 400 IM at the CCSA Championships... Was a double-event winner posting victories in the 400 medley relay and 200 backstroke against North Florida.
Prep: Four year letter winner at Bearden High School in Knoxville, Tenn... High School coach was Lauren Hancock... Captain of the swimming & diving team all four years during prep career... Clutch award winner for three seasons... Bulldog award winner all four years... Member of the 2005 State Championship team.
Personal: Born August 14, 1989 in Knoxville, Tenn... Daughter of Richard and Becky Goodman... Career objective is to become a fifth grade teacher... Favorite sports team is the Indianapolis Colts... Athlete or coach she most admires is Jackie Berttuchi because, "She has been there for my family and is a great coach."
