STATESBORO, Ga. – With the spring season just weeks away the women's tennis team finished the fall semester with the highest GPA in the entire Athletic Department. The Blue and White posted a 3.62 GPA for the fall, as well as competed in four tournaments in preparation for the 2017-18 season.

All members of the women's tennis team were members of an Honor Roll and were either Dean's List or President's List recipients for the fall semester. The Eagles will look to continue their dominance in the classroom and on the courts when they return to Statesboro at the beginning of January.

The women's tennis team has set up a campaign to raise money for breast cancer awareness! The Eagles will be participating in a Tennis Marathon on January 13, 2018 at the Wallis Tennis Center. The event will run from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and fans are encouraged to come out and support the cause. For more information on the event click here and to donate to the cause click here.
