Riley Galpin serves as the Director of Recruiting Operations for the Georgia Southern football program, a position she began in 2025. She came to Statesboro after one season at Kansas State as the program's Assistant Director of On-Campus Recruiting. In that role, Galpin assisted with all official and unofficial visits to Manhattan, collaborating with various departments within K-State Athletics, the K-State campus and the community. In addition, she also assisted in the on-boarding process and transition to K-State for all incoming high school freshmen and transfers.
Galpin spent the previous two seasons as the Director of On-campus Recruiting and an Operations Assistant at the University of West Georgia where she directed and supervised all planning of official and unofficial visits to campus. She also helped plan and execute football camps, prospect days and junior days, while she helped transitioned incoming players both athletically and academically.
Galpin earned her undergraduate degree in mass communications from the University of West Georgia in 2021, while she obtained her master's degree in sports management from West Georgia in 2023.
