Ihle joined the Georgia Southern staff ahead of the 2024-25 season as a graduate assistant.
Before Georgia Southern, Ihle played collegiately at Coe College, appearing in 12 games with the Kohawks, who made two NCAA Tournaments while Ihle was on the team.
From Story City, Iowa, Ihle coached AAU basketball with the All Iowa Attack. He also had an internship with Shoot 360 as a floor coach, working in player development with small group training and personal workouts.
