Brandon Willis joined the Georgia Southern Football staff as the Operations Assistant in 2026, bringing experience from both the NFL and collegiate athletics.
Willis assists with the day-to-day operations of the football program, helping coordinate team operations, food logistics and administrative functions that support the Eagles on and off the field.
Prior to joining Georgia Southern, Willis served as the Team Travel & Operations Assistant for the Baltimore Ravens, where he coordinated training camp logistics, team travel, hotel operations, and game-week preparations while also serving on the club's advance travel team. Before his time in Baltimore, he spent three seasons with the National Football League in Football Operations, including roles as Game Operations Coordinator and Football Compliance Associate. During his tenure with the league office, he supported NFL game operations, major events such as the Super Bowl and Pro Bowl, and assisted with league-wide football compliance initiatives.
Willis also gained NFL club experience as a Team Operations Assistant with the Chicago Bears, where he supported team travel, gameday logistics, compliance, and football operations. His collegiate experience includes working in coaching operations at North Carolina A&T, assisting with practice organization, recruiting logistics, team travel, and student-athlete support.
A native of Detroit, Michigan, Willis earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management from North Carolina A&T State University in 2019.
