Alesandra Santo was hired as the Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations in March of 2026.
Santo came from the University of North Texas where she was the Recruiting Operations Coordinator. She oversaw all the unofficial visits during her time there along with other recruiting operational tasks.

She spent the 2023 and 2024 seasons working in the recruiting department at James Madison University with the football program and the baseball program for the 2024 season.
During her time as a student at JMU, Santo also served as a marketing intern with the Baltimore Ravens and as the lead recruiting operations intern with the University of Maryland football program in the summer of 2024.
Santo graduated from JMU with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies while achieving a minor in sports communication in February of 2025.
