2022-23: Enrolled at Georgia Southern in the fall … Was not a member of the squad … Was redshirted … Joined the team in the summer after going through the Edwin Jackson Memorial Walk-On Tryouts.

2021-22: Played club football at Gordon State College … Played five games, registering 25 tackles.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Coach Lance Helton at Jeff Davis High School … A second-team all-region selection as a junior … Also participated in track & field, wrestling and soccer.

PERSONAL: Born Lonnie Leverette on August 13 in Albany, GA … Son of Santrina Keayon Taylor and Lonnie Leverette … Has three siblings: Montavious Taylor, Kierra Holley and Katelynn Taylor.
