Will my donation through PLEDGE PER WIN count toward my season ticket seat donation requirement, donor rank, priority allocation, or Erk Russell Fund membership level?
PLEDGE PER WIN donations will not count toward your Erk Russell Fund Membership level or any seat donation requirement for season tickets. However, PLEDGE PER WIN donations will go towards your lifetime giving rank. Donations through PLEDGE PER WIN are also 100% tax deductible.
When will I be charged for my pledge?
Your pledge will automatically be charged to the card on file each Monday after an Eagle Baseball or Softball win. For example, Eagle Baseball wins a midweek game and three games during the weekend, your card will be charged will be on the following Monday for those four wins the previous week.
Can I upgrade, modify, or opt-out of my pledge during the season?
Yes. To upgrade, modify, or opt-out of your pledge at any time throughout the season, please email AthleticFoundation@GeorgiaSouthern.edu
In the Terms and Conditions it states that in order to upgrade, modify, or opt-out of your pledge we must have an email request at least three business days ahead of when you would like the change to go into effect. For example, we must receive the request by Tuesday at 5 p.m. for a Friday game.
I have opted-out of my pledge during the season. Can I receive a refund for pledge payments that have already been charged for past wins?
No. We will not issue refunds for pledge payments that have already been charged.
Will my pledge apply toward lost or non-contested games?
No, your pledge will not apply toward lost or non-contested games.
Will PLEDGE PER WIN apply to the postseason?
Yes. PLEDGE PER WIN will automatically apply to the postseason for the Sun Belt Championship and the NCAA Regionals.
Will I receive a reminder ahead of time for each charge?
No reminders will be sent ahead of time.
Will I receive a receipt for each charge?
You will receive an emailed confirmation for each charge from the Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation & Ticket Office.
How will my donation through PLEDGE PER WIN be used?
The money raised through the Pledge Per Win campaign will go towards the Competitive Excellence Fund.
I need to change my card information. Who should I contact?
Please call the Athletic Foundation at (800) GSU-WINS or email AthleticFoundation@GeorgiaSouthern.edu. Please DO NOT send your card information via email.
During checkout I doubled my pledge for any postseason wins. Will the process be any different for those wins?
No. The process will remain the same for doubled pledges. You will just be charged double the amount of your original pledge for those games if the Eagles win.
