Broadway, Watson-Trent earn first-team nods
STATESBORO - Georgia Southern senior offensive lineman Bryson Broadway and fifth-year linebacker Marques Watson-Trent were both named first-team All-Sun Belt Conference by Phil Steele Magazine, as announced Monday by the publication.
Earning second-team honors were defensive back Marc Stampley II, defensive back Chance Gamble and punter Alex Smith. Offensive lineman Pichon Wimbley was named to the third team while receiver Derwin Burgess Jr. and offensive lineman Caleb Cook made the fourth team.
