Athletic Marketing Announces 2024-25 Men's Basketball Promotional Schedule

Season kicks off with commemorative ticket giveaway and toilet paper toss
STATESBORO– The Georgia Southern Athletic Marketing team has announced the 2024-25 men's basketball promotional schedule. There are several great promotions available to highlight the final games in Hanner Fieldhouse and the opening of the Jack & Ruth Ann Hill Convocation Center.
Dubbed "The Last Ride in Hanner," the final home opener and the season tip-off in Hanner Fieldhouse is Monday, November 4th against Northern Illinois. The first 1,000 fans will receive a Georgia Southern Commemorative ticket celebrating the legacy of Hanner Fieldhouse.
Also, for the last time in the historic arena, all fans are encouraged to bring a roll of toilet paper for one more TP toss after the team scores its first basket. Come pack Hanner for everlasting memories!
The Eagles will compete in three home games at Hanner Fieldhouse before transitioning to the Jack & Ruth Ann Hill Convocation Center on Saturday, December 7th. A new era will begin at "The Hill" where you'll experience a brand new video board, sound system, concourse, light shows, and much more! We will be giving away 1,000 commemorative coins to celebrate the opening of the new arena.
Turning the page to 2025, The Hill is where you need to be for every Georgia Southern basketball game! You don't want to miss "Ball is Life" on Wednesday, January 22nd vs. Coastal Carolina.
Wear your favorite Georgia Southern or professional sports jersey and see if you can name more NBA players than a Georgia Southern Basketball player! Special edition Georgia Southern Vinyl Covers will be given away (limited amount)!
Dress in your best pink attire for the 20th Pack the House in Pink promotion vs. Old Dominion on Saturday, February 15th.
Let's all pack The Hill one more time for our senior student-athletes as we take on Georgia State! We'll honor our seniors before tip-off on Friday, February 28th at 8 p.m.
