
Men's Tennis Signs Statesboro Standout Holden Hall

STATESBORO – Georgia Southern men's tennis had signed Holden Hall from Statesboro, Georgia, head coach Jeremy Bayon announced on Monday.
"I am very thankful and excited to have Holden joining our Eagle family," said Coach Bayon. "His talent, hard work and dedication allowed his game to grow tremendously since we met a year and a half ago. Holden is a great addition to our program. I am very happy that he and his family decided to stay in Statesboro!"
Hall comes to Georgia Southern from Statesboro High School, where he amassed a 40-1 career record at the No. 1 position in singles. Hall has been named to the First Team All-Region team for all three years that he has been with SHS, and has earned a top 25 individual ranking in the state of Georgia. He has been named SHS's MVP for the previous three seasons. Hall will join the Eagles in August of 2023.
GS Men's Tennis will open up the season on the road to take on Flagler College on January 20 at 3 PM from St. Augustine, Florida. The following Saturday, the Eagles will take on The Citadel for the first home match of the season on January 28. First serve is set for 10 AM from the Wallis Tennis Center.
