STATESBORO - Phil Steele's College Football Preview has released its 2021 Preseason All-Sun Belt Team, headlined by cornerback
Derrick Canteen earning first-team honors. In total, 10 different GS players were named to the squad.
Running back
J.D. King, punter
Anthony Beck II and punt returner
Khaleb Hood were all named to the second team while offensive lineman
Aaron Dowdell and nose tackle
C.J. Wright were both named to the third team. Running back
Amare Jones, offensive lineman
Brian Miller, defensive end
Justin Ellis and outside linebacker
Randy Wade Jr. were all named to the fourth team.
