STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern men's tennis saw their six match winning streak snapped on Saturday afternoon in Statesboro, Ga., as FAU defeated the Eagles 7-0 at the Wallis Tennis Center.
Pascal Wagemaker and Murphy McCullough forced third sets in their matches on courts one and two, while the Eagles were swept on all courts in singles and double plays.
QUOTING COACH KONING
"FAU was very hungry and played very good today. We didn't match up early on a lot of the courts and they took advantage of that. I am looking for some better starts tomorrow."
