Georgia Southern SAAC Hosts Food Drive Saturday

Eagles will be collecting canned goods and nonperishable items on November 6 at Paulson Stadium

STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) will host its annual Food Drive on Saturday, November 6th, during the football game against Coastal Carolina.

SAAC is partnering with the Statesboro Food Bank to collect cans and nonperishable items to help the needy in the Statesboro community. Georgia Southern student-athletes and staff will be manning Paulson Stadium Gate 7 beginning at 4 p.m.

Please consider bringing items for the Food Drive before the football game against the Chanticleers and then stay to root on the Eagles!
