The Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation has announced they will host a True Blue Chat today, Monday, April 13, 2020, at 5 p.m.
Director of Athletics Jared Benko will kick off the virtual Q&A series following his first official week at the helm of Georgia Southern Athletics.
Those with inquiring minds should submit questions for Jared through the RSVP form at GSEagles.com/TrueBlueChat.
The True Blue Chat will be presented via Facebook Live on the Athletic Foundation's Facebook page (Facebook.com/GSUAF).
Questions submitted through the RSVP form will be addressed first. Any additional questions through Facebook Live will be answered if time is allotted.
Jared Benko was hired in March of 2020 as the leader of the Georgia Southern Athletics Department and began his new role on April 1. Jared, who has more than a decade of progressive leadership experience in the Southeastern Conference (SEC), comes to Statesboro from Mississippi State where he served as Deputy Director of Athletics/Chief Financial Officer for nearly four years (2016-2020).
