Spring Practice Schedule and Procedures Released

Eagles hit the field for the first time on March 3
STATESBORO - Georgia Southern head football coach Chad Lunsford announced Wednesday the schedule for the 2020 spring practice session. The Eagles will hit the field on Tuesday, March 3, for the first of 15 practices. They will conclude the session with the annual Blue-White Spring Game, presented by Southern Exchange on Friday, April 3, under the lights of Allen E. Paulson Stadium.
For the first time in program history, the Spring Game presented by Southern Exchange will be broadcast online through ESPN+.
The team will hold its first seven practices, including the first scrimmage, before Spring Break. The squad will return for the final eight practices, which includes a second scrimmage and the spring game, after the break.
The policies and procedures in regards to practices and the public remain the same:
1) All practices are open to the public and the staff encourages all who want to come watch to come out and check things out!
2) While every practice is open to the public and media, we ask you help us keep a competitive advantage by not posting videos and detailed information from practice on social media.
3) Practice dates/times/locations are subject to change based on weather or other factors.
Below is the schedule for the spring. With no lights at Beautiful Eagle Creek, all practices will be at Paulson Stadium. We hope to see you all there!
