WHAT HEAD COACH SANDER KONING SAID
On this weekend:
"The guys fought hard. All fall we have been saying to the guys that we want to excel on the third day of the tournament. I think intensity-wise, we have been able to do that the last couple of tournaments and because of it, we play tough matches. The next step is embracing the pressure at critical moments and making sure we stay in the process of the points.
On the fall semester season:
"Most of the guys have made improvements this fall. I am very pleased with seeing players play on a higher level consistently. Now we will gear up for the spring season and continue building our games."
