STATESBORO, Ga. – Just a few more days remain for Georgia Southern Football season ticket holders to renew their seats for the upcoming 2014 campaign. Deadline for renewals is Friday, April 18th and can be renewals can be accomplished online at GSEagles.com/renewals or by calling 1-800-GSU-WINS. Athletics Ticket Office regular hours are 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays.
The Eagles begin their first season in the FBS and Sun Belt Conference in 2014 and unveil a newly expanded Allen E. Paulson Stadium on for the home opener on Saturday, September 6th. Kickoff against Savannah State is 6 p.m.
Two nationally televised games will originate from Statesboro during this exciting inaugural season, both selected for ESPNU. Eagle Nation will help pack Paulson for two Thursday night games -- the first-ever Sun Belt meeting between Georgia Southern and Appalachian State (Sept. 25) and the Eagles-Troy contest (Oct. 30).
Once the renewal process is complete, the Athletics Ticket Office will begin placing the locations for Eagle fans who expressed interest in specific sections. Club-level chairbacks on the lower level of the north stands and mid-deck seating are new options for 2014. To view the list of sections and prices, visit GSEagles.com/tickets. Some locations may require a donation to the Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation.
Season tickets will go on sale to the general public online and through the Athletics Ticket Office beginning Thursday, May 1st.
