Georgia Southern Athletics will induct its 2014 Hall of Fame class Saturday. The six member class will also be recognized at 5:30 p.m. before the start of the football game against Idaho.

LINDSEY GROSSMAN BLOM | Women's Soccer, 1995-98
Lindsey Grossman Blom started every game during her four years at Georgia Southern and was a two-time first-team All-Southern Conference selection. Co-captain of the Eagles in 1997 and 1998, she earned first-team Academic All-America honors in 1998 and was named the 1999 Georgia Southern Female Scholar Athlete of the Year. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in psychology. Following a two-year professional career with the Jacksonville Jade of the W-League, the highest level of women's soccer, Blom went on to earn two master's degrees and doctorate degree in education from West Virginia in 2005. She served as the head coach of three club state championship teams in West Virginia and two club state championship teams in Mississippi and wrote a soccer coaching book, "Survival Guide for Coaching Youth Soccer." 

MARTINA VEIGLOVA-MAMUTI | Volleyball, 2001-03
Martina Veiglova-Mamuti was a three-time All-Southern Conference selection and named SoCon Female Athlete of the Year for 2003-04. She was a two-time SoCon Player of the Year selection and earned Most Outstanding Player honors at the 2003 SoCon Tournament after leading the Eagles to the title. She earned Honorable Mention All-America accolades from the American Volleyball Coaches Association as a senior. Veiglova-Mamuti still owns three of the top-5 places on Georgia Southern's single-season kills list, including the top spot. She ranks second at Georgia Southern in career kills, first in hitting percentage, third in aces and fifth in digs. She was named to the SoCon's Team of Women to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Women's Championships in 2008.
