Homecoming, Hall of Fame Set for Saturday

STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern University will hold its annual Homecoming festivities this week and will welcome back its alumni to campus this weekend. The Athletic Department will also induct the 2014 class into the Hall of Fame on Saturday.
Homecoming
Georgia Southern University's homecoming festivities started on Monday and will run through the weekend. The homecoming weekend culminates on Saturday with the crowning of the Homecoming King and Queen during halftime of Saturday's football game. Hall of Fame
The 2014 Georgia Southern Athletics' Hall of Fame class will be inducted at a luncheon on Saturday. The class will also be recognized before kickoff of Saturday's football game. The class includes Lindsey Grossman Blom (women's soccer), Wayne Murphy (supporter), Dr. Patrick Spurgeon (football), Martina Veiglova-Mamuti (volleyball), Danny Warbutton (gymnastics) and Nay Young (football).
