STATESBORO, Ga. – The most anticipated season in Georgia Southern Football history won't kickoff for a few months, but Eagle fans can take advantage of incentives for renewing or making purchases starting today, January 15th. Current season ticket holders who renew by February 15th can enjoy the convenience of a six-month payment plan, three-year price freeze on seats, an invitation to a special meet and greet session with Eagle Coach Willie Fritz, a commemorative poster of Georgia Southern's win over Florida, and the chance to win four tickets to away games against N.C. State, Georgia Tech, and Navy.
Renewal packages were mailed today to 2013 season ticket holders with the ability to renew immediately online at GSEagles.com/Tickets. The benefits listed above are only available to season ticket holders who renew their seats in the first 30 days of availability.
Also beginning today, Eagle fans who were not season ticket holders in 2013 and who are interested in purchasing season tickets for 2014, can do so online at GSEagles.com/Tickets. Seat locations will be confirmed later this spring after the renewals have been processed. A six-month payment play, three-year price lock for seats and the special poster commemorating Georgia Southern's victory at "The Swamp" are offered to individuals making new purchases by February 15th.
Season ticket prices remain the same for 2014 with chair-back seats in sections C and E at $140 each with a minimum donation of $300 to the Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation. Chair-back seating in sections B and F requires the same donation of $300 with each ticket at $130. Also available in the south stands, bleacher seats are $135 in sections C and E and $125 in sections B and F, all requiring a donation of $120, or $10 a month, to purchase season tickets in those locations.
Bishop Club chair-back seats for the 2014 season are $425 each and include members-only access to an air-conditioned entertainment space, heavy hors d'oeuvres, beverage selections and soft drinks each home game. Seats in the Bishop Club, Eagle Club and section 107 of the Club Level require minimum donations of $1,200 with $210 season ticket prices for the Eagle Club level and Club level section 107 at the 50-yard line.
Mid-field tickets in section D, on the north side of Paulson Stadium, and the new upper deck's section LL are $145 with a donation of $600 necessary for purchasing season tickets in these areas.
Another option for premium seating in the north stands, seats at the Club level in sections 105, 106, 108 and 109 are $210 each. Seating in these sections requires a minimum donation of $600 to the Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation. Starting at the 15-yard line on either side of the north stands, Club seats are $140 each (sections 103, 104, 110 and 111) with an annual donation of $300. The same donation is needed for Club seating in sections 101, 102, 112 and 113 on each side of the north stands where tickets are $130 each.
A limited number of Eagle Family Plan tickets for the grass hill section are available with a minimum of two for $145 for five games. The Eagle Family Plan in sections JJ and KK offer two reserved seats for all home games for $145. Additional Family Plan tickets are $75 each. This great value can save $50 compared to single-game tickets with the purchase of four or more seats.
