Eagles maintain spot in national polls for 38th-straight week
Georgia Southern made its 38-straight appearance in the polls, and stands in 23rd place this week. In its first year transitioning to FBS, the Eagles are being considered for weekly rankings and honors from the Sports Network, but are not eligible to be ranked in the weekly national coaches poll.
The Eagles return to action October 26th against Appalachian State with kickoff scheduled for 3:30 p.m. for the game at Kidd Brewer Stadium. A limited number of tickets are available for this game and may be purchased by contacting the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-GSU-WINS.
