What kind of Internet connection do I need to view a Livestream channel?
We recommend viewing Livestream from a wired connection with a download bandwidth of at least 700Kbps. However, you may require higher speeds if the channel is at a higher quality. To test your speed, go to www.speedtest.net. Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on WiFi and mobile internet), so running 3 tests is recommended. As a general rule your download bandwidth must be greater than the bitrate of the channel you’re trying to view.
How do I view a Livestream channel?
Viewing a Livestream channel takes place in the browser. This means that Livestream is compatible with most major browsers on most major operating systems. We recommend upgrading your browser whenever possible. Please make sure to enable cookies and turn off pop-up blocker when viewing Livestream.
Does my browser require any plug-ins?
Always use the latest version of Adobe Flash. Check your version of Adobe Flash (and upgrade if necessary) at the following link: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. We recommend upgrading to the latest version of Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp.
Can I embed a channel I like on my own website?
No, you cannot embed the Eagles Sports TV channel on your own website.
How do I watch a channel in full screen?
Move your mouse over the Livestream Player and click the "Full" button to enter Full Screen mode.
Can I view Livestream on a mobile device?
You can view Livestream through our free Apple iOS Livestream app and from many other mobile devices. If the channel you’re trying to watch isn’t mobile compatible, you may run into bandwidth issues. Connect via WiFi if possible. Note that Livestream app users can view on-demand content, while other devices are limited to live broadcasts.

I am using Windows and the Firefox web browser. I keep getting the error “Plug-in could not be found.”

The audio or video buffers every few minutes and drops out sometimes
If you are using a dial-up modem to connect to the Internet, audio buffering or audio dropout may sometimes occur. Please also try not to browse the Internet or download big files while you are streaming. If you have a high-speed Internet connection and your player still buffers a lot, please contact Technical Support.
I can see that the stream is playering, but I hear not sound.
A user may not hear the audio or see the video component of a stream because the user's security level prevents the Windows Media Player from downloading the appropriate codecs. If the user's security level is set to High (the default for Windows 95), the user is unaware that Windows Media Player was unable to download a required codec. The security level is set using Internet Explorer's Internet Options even if another browser, such as Netscape Navigator, is being used. Reducing the Internet Explorer security level to Medium permits Windows Media Player to download the appropriate codecs.
