
A Number of Football Camps on the Horizon

STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern Football has five camps on the horizon and will also be giving back to our American servicemen and women with a free camp for children of active duty military members at Fort Stewart.
The Eagles will offer two camps on campus at Georgia Southern University starting on June 25th with the Option U Lineman camp. Designed mainly for offensive lineman, the two day camp is open to all rising 9th through 12th graders. A skills camp will follow on June 27th and will also be a two day experience designed to teach the option offense.
GSU's coaches will also be taking their experience on the road and will run two camps near the Atlanta area. The first is set for June 23rd at Mill Creek High School in Gwinnett, Ga. The second will be held on June 29th at Lovejoy High School in Lovejoy, Ga. Both camps are open to rising 11th and 12th graders.
The Fort Stewart camp will be held on July 1st and is open to all sons or daughters of active duty servicemen or women in grades first through eight.
