Clemson, S.C. – The first day of the Tiger Paw saw eight Eagles score their personal records. The day was highlighted by Jasmine Billings (Lawrenceville, Ga.) who recorded a personal best in the 60 Meter Hurdles, winning the event with a time of 8.54.
