Football Coach Jeff Monken Visits Pigskin Preview

MACON, Ga. - Head Football Coach Jeff Monken visited the annual Pigskin Preview at the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame in Macon, Ga. The Eagle Head Coach discussed the upcoming season as well as Georgia Southern's 2010 NCAA playoff run. The event brought together all of Georgia's college football head coaches from all divisions to meet the statewide media just 80 days before the Eagles' season opener at Samford on September 3rd.

The deadline for purchasing tickets for Georgia Southern's November 19th football game at Alabama rapidly approaches with availability only through the close of business on Friday, June 17th. Donors and season ticket holders will not be able to order tickets for the game against the Crimson Tide through the Georgia Southern Athletics Ticket Office after this date.
