STATESBORO, Ga. - A new feature available through the ticketing function of the athletics website allows Eagle fans to select their seat locations when making their purchases. General ticket availability has been listed at GeorgiaSouthernEagles.com/tickets and the online system has offered "best available" seats, but fans can now view a seat chart showing individual sections, rows and seats at Paulson Stadium. With just a few clicks, the sections and seats can be reserved by individuals with immediate confirmation. The feature was tested while the Eagle Football team was on the road for its last two regular-season games and implemented for this NCAA second-round playoff game.
Tickets for Saturday's game against Old Dominion are $25 for reserved or general admission seating. Until Friday, December 2nd, at 5 p.m., fans have three different options to order their tickets: online, by phone or in person. Fans who have already placed their orders may pick up their tickets at the Athletic Ticket Office on Lanier Drive before 5 p.m. on Friday or beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Gate 4 Ticket Building on the west side of Paulson Stadium.
Fans are encouraged to pick up their playoff tickets by Friday if possible, or early on Saturday morning, to avoid having to wait in lines at Gate 4 Will Call as game time approaches. The Athletics Ticket Office is located at the east end of Paulson Stadium on Lanier Drive. Phone orders may be placed through Friday afternoon at 1-877-478-9467 or 912-478-9467.
Student tickets are $5 and are available at the customer service desk at the University Store Thurday and Friday during regular business hours. The University Store is open until 7 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday. Students may also purchase tickets beginning at 10 a.m. on game day at the Gate 4 Ticket Building or at the Athletics Ticket Office located at the east end of Paulson Stadium on Lanier Drive. Students must present a valid ID at the time of purchase with a limit of one student ticket per ID.
The Athletics Ticket Office and Gate 4 Ticket Building both open at 10 a.m. Saturday morning. The Eagles will arrive on the yellow buses by the Gene Bishop Field House at approximately 11:20 a.m. with the gates to Paulson Stadium opening to fans at 11:30 a.m.
