Bulloch County Eagle Club Football Kickoff Dinner and Pep Rally Set for Sept. 3

STATESBORO, Ga. - Alumni and fans will enjoy a preview of the 2009 season from Eagles head football coach Chris Hatcher and a buffet dinner at the Bulloch County Eagle Club Kickoff Dinner and Pep Rally Thursday, September 3. This annual event, held at the Russell Union Ballroom, includes appearances by Georgia Southern's Center for Wildlife Education, GSU cheerleaders and fan-favorite GUS. The University Store will set up a mini-location with both new merchandise and classic items. The program is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. with the buffet line opening at 6 p.m.
Following the kickoff dinner, attendees will adjourn to the pep rally outside near the Union. The pep rally will feature Coach Hatcher, members of the Eagles Football team, GSU's 'Southern Pride' marching band, Georgia Southern cheerleaders and GUS.
