Cole Fountain wins UPC Lineman of the Week

STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern fans voted Cole Fountain the Utilities Protection Center "Lineman of the Week" with 55.2 percent of the fan vote for his efforts against Furman on November 14th. He is the first student-athlete to be honored with four UPC "Lineman of the Week" awards.
The senior offensive lineman from Cartersville, Ga., helped the Eagles gain 158 team rushing yards. Fountain also played a key blocking role during the second Georgia Southern touchdown drive against the Paladins.
