"BLUE OUT" T-Shirt Design Unveiled for 2009

STATESBORO, Ga. -The official "BLUE OUT" T-shirt for is now available exclusively at The University Store and through its online Web site for $10. One game each football season is chosen for "BLUE OUT" and the tradition is now in its fourth year. "BLUE OUT" for 2009 is the Homecoming game, Saturday, November 14th vs. Furman. Kickoff is 2 p.m. A BLUE OUT for the Georgia Southern Volleyball team will be held at 7 p.m. that same night at Hanner Fieldhouse.
For the first time, the design was selected by special committee as the 2009 Football seniors were presented with three designs for the "BLUE OUT" T-shirt. The design was unveiled to fans during the Chattanooga game and the T-shirts were stocked in The University Store, at The University Store's satellite locations at the Stadium and available for sale online.
