FRESHMAN (2008): Set 2008 and career 5K best time of 21:08.30 at the Tiger Invitational... Set 2008 and career two mile time of 13:55 at the Front Runner Invitational... Improved on her time from previous meet in all but one meet... Recorded a time of 21:38.63 at the SoCon Championships.
PREP: Attended Ola High School... Earned five varsity letters and was voted team captain four times for Coach Chris Gardner... Received the Coaches Award as a freshman, Coaches Award and Best Distance Award as a sophomore, Best Sportsmanship Award as a junior, and the Female Athlete of the Year Award, Most Outstanding Runner Award, and the Donna de Varona Spirit of Sport Award as a Senior... Also participated in the Henry County Hindquarters 4-H Club from 1999- 2008 and served as President in 2007... Signature events are Cross Country and 800M.
PERSONAL: Full name is Leah Paige Bradley... Born October 28th, 1989... Daughter of Theron and Eden Bradley... Chose Georgia Southern because of Coach Smith... Hobbies include showing cattle and horseback riding... Lives on an Angus Farm... If she could have anyone over to dinner it would be her Grandpa Bradley, Ruth Handler, and Dale Earnhardt... Biggest influence on her as an athlete has been her father because he always pushed her to be better... If she could play any team it would be Florida State because she likes their mascot... Aspires to live on a farm in Kentucky and be a life flight paramedic in ten years... Major is nursing.
