It's finally here.
There has been a great deal of work in developing the new GeorgiaSouthernEagles.com, and there is more to come. We are extremely excited about our partnership with JumpTV (formerly XOS) and what the future holds in store for us.
I want to personally thank everyone we have worked with at JumpTV for their on-going support and for the IT Department staff here at
Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date information on Georgia Southern Athletics, whether that consists of written stories, audio or video clips. Once JumpTV finished designing our site, we have been working hard the last two weeks putting together all the information you currently see, and that's just the beginning. Our great partnership with Chris Blair and the Georgia Southern Radio Network will help enhance your interactive experience.
We encourage all fans to sign up on Eagle Vision and check out all the special features the new GeorgiaSouthernEagles.com has to offer. You'll like what you see.
In the near future we will provide live video streaming of as many home sporting events as possible. And thanks to our website partnership, if other JumpTV institutions are playing
In addition to its current sports information content of breaking news, schedules, rosters and student-athlete bios, Georgia Southern Athletics now will offer a wide variety of interactive features. Georgia Southern Athletics' official multiplatform broadband environment has expanded to keep you fully engaged with content that will keep you coming back for more. Some of the interactive features will include: 3-D live stats through GameWatcher and a branded broadband video channel ? all part of JumpTV's state-of-the-art Network platform.
In addition, the new GeorgiaSouthernEagles.com will offer season and single game ticket sales through Total Ticketing. A feature called the ?One-Fan Profile' allows fans a more hands-on approach to managing their personal profile online, such as: changing personal information, ordering tickets, updating Southern Boosters membership and making donations.
