Has played on both offense and defense in his career... moved over to running back in the spring to help the injury-depleted group... also could see action this year on the special forces... recorded a 2-yard rush for the Blue team in the annual spring game... SOPHOMORE (2007): Played in six games... made two solo tackles against West Georgia... assisted tackle at Appalachian State... solo stop at Wofford... also played in The Citadel, Furman and Colorado State games... was his first full year on defense after making the switch from offense... recorded two solo tackles in the spring game for the winning White team... REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN (2006): Davis played in five games (Western Carolina, North Dakota State, Elon, The Citadel and Wofford)... made a tackle on special teams at Western... made the travel roster all season long... switched positions during the spring drills, from quarterback to wide receiver then defensive back... participated in the Blue-White game but had no stats...
