Junior 2008-09: All-CCSA... Set personal best and led the Eagles in the 100 Breast with a time of 1:06.63 (Nov 22)... Set season high in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:28.07 (Oct 18)... Recorded a season high in the 200 IM (2:14.26) at the CCSA Championships (Feb 19)... Member of CCSA All-Academic Team.
Sophomore 2007-08: Received CCSA All-Conference honors in the 200y Medley Relay and the 400y Medley Relay... Was a member of the 200y Medley Relay team, which broke the school record at the CCSA Championships with a time of 1:47.45... Set the new school record as a member of the 400y Medley at the CCSA Championships with a time of 3:54.87... Swam a career best 1:07.23 in the 100y Breast at the CCSA Championships... Earned a personal record time of 2:25.58 in the 200y Breast at the CCSA Championships... Posted individual wins in the 100y and 200y breast events against Savannah College of Art & Design and New Orleans with times of 1:08.97 and 2:30.31 respectively.
Freshman 2006-07: Owns the fastest 200y IM time of the season, 2:11.17 (NEC Championships)... Titled in the 200y IM in dual meet against Davidson and Emory (2:13.80)... Took second in the 100y Free (55.83) and third in the 50y Free (25.64) against Radford...Claimed third at the conference meet in the 100y Breast (1:07.81) after swimming a season best 1:07.74 in preliminaries... Swam a personal best time of 4:46.77 in the 400y IM at the Highlander Invitational...Received All-NEC honors in the 100y Breast.
Prep: A four year letter winner at South Mecklenburg High School... Member of the 2003 North Carolina High School state champions... Awarded Most Improved at the conclusion of her freshmen campaign... Received Coach's Award in 2004 and 2006... Honored with the MAC Coach's Award in 2004... All-Conference and Scholastic All-American her junior and senior year... All-State in 2005... 2006 Regional Champion in the 200 IM... Team Captain.
Personal: Born in Brandon, Fla. on April 9, 1988 to Jon and Ginny White... Favorite professional team is the Carolina Panthers... Listens to Ne-Yo and Rascal Flatts... Parents have been major influence in her sports career for providing tremendous support...No. 1 sports highlight was out-touching a rival swimmer to become the 2006 Regional Champion in the 200 IM
