Made an immediate impact in the Southern Conference... another solid season should bring in additional conference honors, and possibly region and national... could develop into one of the best cornerbacks in the Southern Conference... as a starter could help the secondary become one of the best in the league... no stats in the Blue-White game... SOPHOMORE (2006): Second Team All-Southern Conference... after transferring last January from Central Michigan started all 11 games... tied for the SoCon lead and tied for ninth nationally with five interceptions... had four picks in a five game span (Coastal Caorlina, Chattanooga, North Dakota State and Elon)... 35 tackles, 2.5 for a loss and four pass break-ups... season-high five tackles against Western Carolina, North Dakota State, Elon and Wofford... TFL in the Wofford and Elon game... one interception and two break-ups during the finale versus Central Arkansas... four tackles against Appalachian State... 19-yard interception return against Coastal... had one of the best spring practices of all the defensive backs... 53-yard interception return for a touchdown during the 2006 Blue-White game... three tackles in the game, including one for a loss, and a pass break-up... AT CENTRAL MICHIGAN: Played in nine games as a true freshman, starting the last four... made 10 tackles and broke up a pass... HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in football and track/field... two-time All-Broward County selection... All-State in football his senior year... team captain... played for coach Frank Hepler... All-Broward County honors in track... earned all-state honors in the 4x100 relay, 200 meters and 4x400 relay...
