STATESBORO, Ga. ? The Georgia Southern women's track & field program has announced its 2007-2008 indoor schedule, which opens November 30, in Clemson, S.C.
The Eagles claimed the outdoor title this past spring and finished third at the indoor championships in February, with a score of 122.5.
After opening competition November 30, at Clemson, the track & field team will wait for the New Year, where they will compete in Johnson City, Tenn. at East Tennessee State University on January 18-19.
GSU will run in three different meets during the month of February. The Eagles will perform in Chapel Hill, N.C. at the University of North Carolina on two different occasions with the first meet taking place February 1-2. Two weeks later they head back to UNC for a meet on February 16. Georgia Southern concludes the indoor season February 29 through March 1 in Clemson, S.C. at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships.
