Landon Childers joined the Georgia Southern sports medicine team in June of 2025, primarily covering softball. Prior to Georgia Southern, Childers worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Georgia College & State University for 3 years primarily covering women’s soccer and softball.
Childers is a native from Eatonton, Georgia, and is a two-time Georgia College & State University Alumnus with a Masters in Athletic Training in 2022 and a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2019.
Childers is a member of the National Athletic Training Association and is licensed in the state of Georgia. He is also certified in dry needling from Intricate Art: Spine and Body Solutions.
