| Gleen Hart, Sr. Assoc. Athletics Director, Student-Athlete Development @GSAthleticsAPEX Gleen Hart joined the Georgia Southern Athletic department in August 2013 and currently serves as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Development & Life Beyond Sport. In his new role, Hart manages student-athlete development leadership programs consisting of life skills development, APEX, degree completion and post-graduate programs. At the time of his promotion to this role, he was one of just three people in this role in NCAA Athletics. Hart is a member of NACDA and NACMA professional organizations, is a Sun Belt Conference Marketing Representative and is a trained Habitudes Leadership Facilitator. Hart was a four-year football letterman and graduated from Wake Forest University in 1994 with a degree in psychology. He earned his master’s degree in sport administration from High Point University in 2005. He and his wife, Kim, have two daughters, Makenna and Kennedi. |

| Tracy Ham, Sr. Assoc. Athletics Director, Administration Former Georgia Southern quarterback and College Football Hall of Fame member Tracy Ham returned to Georgia Southern University in July of 2014 and serves as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Administration. In his current role, Ham serves as the oversight for women's basketball and the track & field programs, and also works in several areas such as fundraising and donor outreach. He also oversees the APEX Eagle Outreach and Internships programs. Prior to his current role, Ham oversaw Georgia Southern Athletics' sports marketing efforts through a partnership with Learfield Sports as well as the Hall of Fame, Championships Committee, Student-Athlete Mentor Program and Student-Athlete Internship and Career Services. He continues to serve as an ambassador of athletics to the University and community. On the football field, Ham helped guide Georgia Southern to a pair of Division 1-AA national titles in 1985 and 1986. He was selected as an All-American in 1986 and was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2007. Ham was also enshrined into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2010 after a successful professional career and the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame in 2012. His number eight is just one of two retired by the football program. Ham has remained involved in the program since leaving Statesboro and is a member of the Eagle Football Alumni Association (EFAA). He has been a part of several projects with the EFAA and has been instrumental in helping raise funds to support the student-athletes. |

| Mikayla Sayle, Student-Athlete Development Graduate Assistant Instagram: @kay.celine Twitter: @sincerelyMCS Responsibilities: Sayle serves as the graduate assistant for the Student-Athlete Development department and will oversee all social media platforms, website content, and cultivation of community service projects. Sayle will also assist with Life Skills development, implementation and execution of all APEX programing and creation of career portfolio pathways for all student-athletes for a successful transition to Life Beyond Sport after graduation. Prior to GA Southern: • Worked with the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) as in intern for Marketing and Corporate Partnerships worked closely with the Marketing Director, assisting with strategic marketing plans for events and executing them. Sayle also oversaw the conference’s social media coverage. Working closely with both the Corporate Partnership Director, assisting with increasing visibility and finding avenues to connect MEAC marketing to its corporate partners. • Selected to assist NFL Player Engagement programs this past Super Bowl LIV in Miami. While in Miami served as Player Engagement ambassador, assisting the NFL with event operations as well as managing player’s experience while at Radio Row and game day. • Worked with the Athletic Marketing team at Hampton, assisting with the development and implantation of marketing plans for intercollegiate sports programs and game day activities. Education: Hampton University, 2018, BA in sports management with a focus on marketing • All- Academic all four years at Hampton • Played for the Hampton University women’s basketball team, winning one regular-season conference championship in 2015 and leading the Lady Pirates to the 2017 MEAC Basketball Tournament Championship, as well as a first-round NCAA Tournament appearance. Personal: • Enjoys all areas of sports and has a passion for giving back to the upcoming student-athletes and community • Enjoys traveling and spending time with family/friends during free time. |
