Location: Eagle Field at Erk Russell Athletic Park
                 Campus of Georgia Southern University
                 2100 Malecki Drive, Statesboro, GA 

Applicants: Open to High School Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors who have ambitions to play
college soccer or seek high quality training in a fun and competitive environment

Coaches: Georgia Southern Women's Soccer staff

Clinic Cost: $75 - Includes training, lunch, and Georgia Southern Women's Soccer T-shirt;           
Cash or check payable to Georgia Southern Women's Soccer

Schedule:  9:30-10 a.m. - Registration
                 10-12 p.m. - Session 1
                 12-12:45 pm - Lunch (provided)
                 12:45-2 p.m. - College Talk/Tour
                   2 -4: p.m. - Session 2

Required to participate: 
                    1) Copy of insurance card (front and back)
                    2)  A physical examination form signed by physician within one year the date of clinic
                    3)  Signed release, covenant not to sure and assumption of risk form
