Cross Country Finished 4th in the Women's 5k Tiger Invitational

Auburn, Ala. – The Georgia Southern Cross Country teamed finished in 4th place at the 5k Tiger Invitational Blue 5k Race Saturday morning in Auburn, Ala.

 

The Eagles averaged a time of 19:57.67.

 

Laura Fuller (Cartersville, Ga.) placed 18th and finished first for the Lady Eagles with a time of 19:41.83.

 

Shauntel Jennings (Stone Mountain, Ga.) finished in 19th place with a time of 19:43.89.

 

Kassi Lee (Elberton, Ga.) crossed the finish line third for the Lady Eagles with a time of 19:52.42.

 

London Ryles (Decatur, Ga.) finished 27th in her first race on the cross country team with a time of 20:06.78.

 

Brittani Martin (Alpharetta, Ga.) crossed the line fourth for Georgia Southern with a time of 20:23.41.

 

Azura Robillard (Altamonte Springs, Fla.) finished fifth for the Lady Eagles with a time of 20:48.79.

 

Also participating were Leah Bradley (McDonough, Ga.) and Melissa Royer (Cumming, Ga.).

 

Bradley finished in 49th place 21:08.30 and Royer finished in 61st place with a time of 22:04.06.

 

The Lady Eagles return to action Saturday October 18th at the Chattanooga meet.
