Men?s Tennis Releases 2008-09 Schedule

STATESBORO, Ga. - The Georgia Southern Men’s Tennis team has released its 2008-09 schedule.

 The Eagles will play in six fall tournaments, the first of which will be held in Statesboro. The Men’s Tennis team will host the  Quality Inn / Georgia Southern Invite on September 19^th-21^st.

The Eagles then travel to the North Carolina Invitational in Chapel Hill, N.C. on September 26^th-28^th.

Coach Miles and his team will then participate in the ITA Southeast Regional in Lexington, Ky. on October 16^th-20^th.

The Final fall tournaments will be the Crimson Tide Invitational on October 24^th-26^th and the Seminole Fall Invitational on November 1^st-3^rd.

The Eagles will open up the spring schedule with four straight home matches, the first of which will be against Hampton on February 1^st and then face Bethune-Cookman, Florida A&M, and Coastal Carolina.

Southern Conference play starts on March 6^th with a home match against Appalachian State.

The Eagles will have a four match homestand starting on March 24^th against Elon and ending on April the 8^th with a match against College of Charleston.

The Southern Conference tournament will be held April 23^rd-26^th in Elon, N.C.
