Sean plays a number of different positions for his club team, GSA Phoenix 92 Red. While playing primarily as a central defender or forward, Sean led his club team to Georgia State Cup titles in 2008 and 2009. In addition to tournament titles at CASL in 2007 and 2008, GSA was a finalist at the Disney Showcase in 2008. A four-year varsity player at Pope High School for Rich Groeneveld, Sean was named captain his senior year and was awarded the prestigious Jeremy Hitt Memorial Scholarship.

Coach Kennedy on Sean Pinto: “I’m really excited that Sean will be joining our team in the fall. Much like a number of players in this year’s class, Sean is very athletic, technically sound, and he comes from a team that understands what it takes to be successful. He will give us a number of options, as he is capable of playing most anywhere on the field. I hope that Sean will challenge for playing time right away.”
