Foster arrived last Sunday, worked out for the scouts on Monday then began practice on Tuesday. He and his teammates will have daily practice and meetings through Friday.
Next Tuesday (Feb. 5) Foster will be honored at the State Capitol with a Resolution in the Senate and then with another Resolution in the House of Representatives. Foster joins fellow Payton Award winner Adrian Peterson and the Eagles’ national championship teams as members of the Georgia Southern Football program honored by the State Legislature.
Senator Jack Hill sponsored Senate Resolution 762, which was co-sponsored by several other area Senators.
