STATESBORO, GA. - Georgia Southern Rifle made its final home appearance of the season on Saturday, placing second in a four-team match between both squads from The Citadel, Wofford, and the Eagles.
Courtney Weekley led the Eagles, scoring 1136 to place second overall and three points better than teammate
Rosemary Kramer.
Prior to the match, Georgia Southern Rifle honored its two seniors. The match against The Citadel and Wofford was the final home match
Jennifer Middlebrook and
Chastity Price.
Next up for the Eagles is a trip to the 19th Annual Palmyra Indoor Invitational. The multi-day event is hosted by the Palmyra Sportsman Association, just outside of Hershey, Pennsylvania.
