Three honorees in the same season are the most in program history
NORMAN, Okla. – The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) has named Georgia Southern's Cody O'Toole, Archer Price and Jake Storey Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholars.
It's the most honorees for the award in a season in program history, and O'Toole wins the award for the second straight year.
"I'm so proud of this achievement for Archer, Cody and Jake," said head coach Carter Collins. "You cannot win this prestigious award without accomplishing great things in the classroom while taking an upperclassman schedule and traveling a tremendous amount. Not only is this award a reflection of the hard work these three have put in, but it is also reflects the importance of Georgia Southern Student-Athlete Services to this program. Ashleigh Rasheed and Reggie Simpkins do a wonderful job of monitoring academics and pushing our entire team to achieve their best. It is one of the most prestigious awards that a college golfer can achieve, and I'm sure that Archer, Cody and Jake are proud."
