Department comes together to play kickball for a good cause

STATESBORO, Ga. - Over 120 student-athletes, coaches and athletic department staff came together Monday night to participate in Kickin' It With SAAC, a kickball tournament organized by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at Georgia Southern. The event was put on to raise money for Safe Haven and over $350 was raised with the one event. The participants were broken into several teams and then competed through the evening on the turf at Paulson Stadium.
The event was one of several this month for SAAC on the docket this month, including a shoe drive and Relay for Life.
