MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. – Georgia Southern's Iben Hvass was named second-team All-Sun Belt in a vote by the league's coaches, it was announced at the conference awards banquet following the first round of the Sun Belt Championship Monday night.

Hvass earns the honor for the second consecutive season. The senior placed second in the Terrier Intercollegiate and tied for third at the CSU Fall Invitational while recording four top-25 finishes this season. She has started every tournament in her two-year Georgia Southern career and has three career top-10 finishes and six top-20s. 

The Eagles play the second round of the Sun Belt Conference Championship tomorrow at The Fighting Joe course at The Shoals. Georgia Southern is paired with Coastal Carolina and tees off hole 10 at 9:40 a.m.
