Quotable from coach Emily Kuhfeld
"We aren't in the position we would have liked to be in headed into tomorrow, but we learned a lot from today and made some improvements that will help us in the long run. Yeji and Iben hung in there all day, and I am proud of how they handled themselves out there. Lauren birdied her last two holes of the day, which was a positive step for her, and Ari and Ansley are very close to breaking through. Tomorrow is a new day and a great opportunity for us to compete with some of the best in the nation!"

Next up
The Eagles play the third and final round tomorrow and will be paired with Eastern Michigan. GS tees off holes 14-18 in a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
