The story
The par 3 holes were the Eagles' nemesis today as they played them 6-over, but GS took advantage of the par-5 holes and played them six under.

Fisk played his first eight holes 2-under with birdies on holes 3 and 6, and after a bogey before the turn, played the next six holes 1-under. The sophomore finished the day with a birdie on the par-4, 403-yard 18th.

Storey got off to a great start with birdies on three of his first six holes. The junior hit some trouble as he made the turn but recorded birdies on holes 11, 15 and 18 on the back nine.

Barron recorded three birdies on the day and was even through 13 holes before playing his final five 2-over. Price was 1-under through his first six holes and 1-over through 13 but struggled a bit coming in.

Quotable from Coach Carter Collins
"Today wasn't easy, but this team grinded out a solid round to keep us near the top of the leaderboard."

"We're excited for the opportunity that we've earned tomorrow. Another final group pairing for this team, which will be great experience moving forward."
